Stopped at the benton harbor location and ordered the supposedly new nuggets. Website states all items are from fresh chicken and hand breaded. Watched the counter person take from a freezer a large bag of ( looks like GFS) chicken nuggets and placed directly into fryer. So much for fresh chicken. View accompanying photos.
While the food is decent, they are always "Out of" mashed potatoes. They offer to substitute another item , but then fail to include the item in the order. If you want to get what you order, just go somewhere else.
Young man at the counter was very pleasant and the food was fresh and fantastic. I used to live in the southern states and I missed my favorite gas station chicken place. Now it’s my favorite party store chicken! Definitely recommend!
