Went to a Krispy Kreme Dougnuts in Savannah GA. Horrible service, such lack of communication with customers and the donuts were cold and stale.
I visited Krispy Kreme drive through around 10:30 a.m. 09/19/19 and the Young Lady that served Me was Smiling, Professional, Courteous and made Me feel Important! #Thankful
The absolute best doughnuts in the world. I wouldn’t have it any other way. On first days, they do chocolate glazed 🍩

Today is the first Friday and they are supposed to have chocolate glazed donuts. They sold out last month, so I got up early and went this morning. After repeating my order in the drive thru twice, I pull up and see regular glaze pouring over the donuts. The lady opens the window and I repeated for the 3rd time my order. She points to the sign advertising chocolate and says, “oh, we ain’t got none.” This store 100% sucks. Customer service, cleanliness, helpfulness . . . Everything about it!!!

It was awesome to eating doughnuts 🍩. Place was so clean and fresh doughnuts..
The donuts were great however my 8 year old daughter had to use the restroom and we were informed they were closed for the night even though we were inside and paying customers. Quite unhappy about this. She really had to go and I felt this was not the way to treat a customer, especially a child!!
