Prompt and respectful service. Carried out diagnostics and repairs for a great outcome.
Always courteous and fix air conditioning issues. This time , the Zone 10e tripped off. I had no idea what to do but it was an easy fix for the Krisp fellas. Took only a few minutes. As I say, always courteous but given I am not up to date with callout fees, my hands are tied inasmuch as I required a tech to fix it. Given the simplicity of the fix and such a short visit, I am however very surprised at the charge of $220.
Recently had ducted to house and split system to a retreat. Great service, reliable and communication was great
Excellent service by Jack. All unit filters were cleaned and he also fixed the split system that was not working. Jack was very friendly, well mannered and a very courteous young man. Thank you Jack!
