Both my parents receive Primary Care Support from Dr. Bethi ever since they moved to Bedford. I have never been disappointed, and as a RN myself, that is saying HUGE praises. My parents adore and rely upon her to manage their referrals and care. She is steady, thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. She even took time out of her busy schedule to allow a picture. She is truly a jewel of a family doctor!
Avoid going to Krishnaveni Bethi; this is a genuine review. On May 8th, I had to go to the emergency room due to horrible abdominal pain and difficulty breathing. The ER doctor advised me to see my PCP since he found some abnormalities in my ultrasound and x-rays. Since I just recently moved to the DFW area. I do not have one. I called approximately 15 offices, and they were no longer accepting new patients, which, by the way, they all listed as "accepting new patients." Do not go to her if you are elderly and visiting without family. She will railroad you, lie and gas light you when all you want is to explore your options. Zero accountability. Front office desk support is outstanding. Usually when I he front office staff is stellar you assume the customer service by the doctor is the same if not better. This is a rare situation where the only saving grace is the front office staff.
First and foremost, I am a crappy patient But Dr Bethi said patient with me for years. She is very direct, and straight to the point. She truly cares for her patients. Recommend her highly.
