I've been taking my kids here for over 10 years the front desk staff lately has been very horrible with customer service, they have no front desk work ethics at the at all. My children are now going to a better doctor's office I can't wait for this office to close horrible staff especially the front desk.
Dr. Kumar's stafford location is HORRIBLE!!! They don't document what medications are given. I requested my children's records in June to be sent to their new doctor. When I called in August to make them an appt they never received them. When I called Dr. Kumars office I was told they were sent and they would send them again. As of sept. 8 they STILL have not sent their records. When I went to the office to pick them up they say they can't give them to me that day. Extremely unprofessional
They always over book. You schedule an appt and have to wait a whole hour to be seen. The girls at the front are very unprofessional.
Love the Doctor which is why I use this practice. I will be sadly leaving though because the office staff is unbearable. I have used this practice for years-- he was my family's pediatrician. I have been putting up with the staff because himself and Dr Patel are so worth it, but it's at the point where it's no longer worth it. They cause too much trouble and I hate that I have to drive 45 minutes to speak with the office manager because the staff won't direct me to her or follow up.
