Staff was nice, but Dr. Chakravarthy wasn’t interested in my almost 25 year battle with chronic pain stemming from 3 crushed vertebrae that never healed properly. He took weeks to respond to mychart messages, would not except phone call messages and recommended old treatments that did not work for me in the past.
