I live one hour away, I asked for an appointment for my grandson's vaccination and they told me that he didn't need an appointment.Upon arrival I was told that I had to have an appointment and he could not be seen today. This requires another hour's drive back home for an empty trip. Total incompetence!

Kosuru himself is amazing! He actually listens to your concerns as a parent. Interacts really well with the kids as well. The clinic on the other hand never answers their phone. Drives me nuts! I shouldn’t have to call 10+ times to get through to set an appointment up or ask a question. Very unprofessional. Recently went in for a covid test was told to wait out in the car & call upon arrival. Called & called no answer ended up going inside so I wouldn’t miss the appointment.
