Update: I still really like Dr. Patel and wish I could remain under her care. However, I won’t be coming back to this office and cannot recommend it due to how it’s ran (but still recommend Dr. Patel if she practices somewhere else). I had to call and cancel the day of (my appointment was at 3.30 and I called at 9 am) because I woke up with a fever and didn’t feel well. I would not recommend whatsoever, I would give zero stars if it were possible. I scheduled a new patient appointment for suspicious moles, a skin cancer prevention check. Dr. Patel did not take the time to listen to my concerns nor fully examine my moles. In a five minute appointment, the doctor looked at various spots on my face for moles, one including a pimple that she declared to be a "normal mole" which gave me little confidence in her abilities or consideration for my skin concerns.
