After suffering for many, many years of poor and inadequate usually only 3 hour's sleep at night Dr Mettu has been able to turn this around. I began my journey with Dr Mettu in 2020-bad timing for any ailment however within a matter of weeks I started noticing improvement. For the past 3.5 years I am now able to fall asleep quickly and get 7 to 8 plus hours of quality sleep. Truly life changing!! Dr. Mettu has been my physician for over ten years and I feel very blessed to have him as he has helped me tremendously with my sleep disorder. Dr. Mettu is very professional and takes the time to get to know his patients so he can provide the best care. I highly recommend Dr. Mettu for sleep disorders as I feel there is no one better in his specialty.

Dr. Craighead did the surgery on my knee and it turned out exceptionally good. Very little pain involved after surgery and was back to walking good as new in a month or so. It was a meniscus surgery.
No complaints! Been seeing her many years now at JCMG for long term gastro issues, when meds quit working, which happens, she changes them up :-) Very pleased!

I knew something was wrong with me but I had no idea it was sleep apnea.
