I am in need of an endocrinologist and NEVER in a million years would I go to see this guy. The responses to the negative reviews are worse than the reviews themselves.
I have signed a release to have my medical records mailed to me as I am not happy with this Doctor and would like to transfer. This was requested abou three months ago with two follow up calls and nothing. I am sure I will have a zesty reply from the PR manager providing nothing but excuses, using their fancy words. And no, you won't find me in your records under my Gmail name.
I started going to this office just a few short months ago. I have had a terrible time with the office staff. The Dr was nice to speak to. The office staff was the worst to deal with as I have had problems getting appointments scheduled due to drs time in office. The office staff was not able to get medical records promptly due to not having the system to get information. Then I was seen and labs got messed up. So made another appointment with them. I saw this doctor on Sept 15, 2020. (But I bet their office will have “no record of me” just like the other bad reviews. Probably due to their entirely paper record system. No electronics allowed in this office.) If you want an office that demands you arrive at a certain time yet wont see you for maybe an hour or so after your appointment time - this is your place!
