Dr. Gumidyala was wonderful. Very impressed with the amount of time he spent with me. The staff was very helpful and enjoyable to interact with.
There's been a huge lack of compassionate communication in this office. I have been treated like I'm overreacting about my pain and It was written in my chart "we spent much of the time with her expressing her frustration over not having a treatment plan yet." (only $10,000 and four months later) I have been an excruciating pain. My last visit I was told I needed to have an MRI on the brain and the lower lumbar and received an appointment for the MRIs only to find when I arrived, I was not having the brain MRI.
