The staff at Childern's has always been great and helped both my two kids. They really do amazing work and I would recommend them for a medical emergency. They really helped my son when he tore his elbow and the doctors did a fine job.
Wish "no stars" was an option. Made me prepay for care before seeing my daughter who had a broken leg. They are more concerned with having my money IMMEDIATELY than they are with treating children. When I asked questions about the seemingly crooked practice, Carol Langford (lady "helping" me) was very unprofessional in how she handled my concerns and made me hold to speak with their billing department who argued the process "part of their policy" from a remote location. I'll never support this group again.
Hours of operation: Mon - Fri 11:00am to 9:00pm. Sat and Sun 9:00am to 9:00pm.
