Bought two, to go, Tiki Masala, 4 slices if Nan, and rice, ended up paying 34 dollars for less food than I could get in a children's meal at McDonald's, for a 4th of the price. The flavor is overall quite pleasant, especially the Nan, but if you are looking for value, go to any other restaraunt up town. As is, Krishna is an average Indian food joint at New York, two Michelline star prices. Also, the interior, as well as exterior is looking so dated and worn at this point, I honestly thought they had closed down.
Krishna Carryout is a lovely family owned business in the heart of Oxford, Ohio. We were greeted and seated immediately and waited on kindly and promptly. There was a celebration going on and the environment was so welcoming. If you go at certain times Monday-Friday they will serve you Naan for free with one entree. First, the staff were very nice. The restaurant is clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. Unfortunately the food just didn’t do it for us. The butter chicken was heavy on the tomato and light on the chicken. The veggie dish my daughter ordered used a frozen vegetable mix and the vegetables were still hard.
