In 18 years as a practitioner, what I find most is that people wish to connect to themselves more fully. I guide you into the clarity and brilliance of your own energy using acupuncture, breathwork, and a process called PSYCH-K. I teach you somatic practices to regulate your nervous system and help you feel safe in your body. Being a PSYCH-K facilitator means I help you transform stress and trauma and expand your subconscious beliefs so that you create the life you most wish to be in.
