Got referred here by another doctor, and I had one of the worst experiences ever. Right off the bat, they have the rudest receptionist. Spoke on the phone with her initially and she was very snappy and condescending. We didn’t understand something, but instead of HELPING us and explaining it like what a receptionist should do, she was just simply repeating “No, we don’t do that” over and over in a snappy tone.
