Was referred after an eye injury at work. Wasn’t told either about all cost of the test he was doing. Joann the receptionist is horrible from in person to on the phone. Harassing people and trying to bully them into paying for things that weren’t discussed when in the office. Avoid this place at all cost!!! There are so many better options in the elmhurst area.
I have been Dr. Nagpal’s patient for many years, and he always has had an outstanding reputation in town. I am very grateful to him because I came in with an extremely complex ophthalmic history that required extra care, and he was up for the challenge! Got referred here by another doctor, and I had one of the worst experiences ever. Right off the bat, they have the rudest receptionist. Spoke on the phone with her initially and she was very snappy and condescending. We didn’t understand something, but instead of HELPING us and explaining it like what a receptionist should do, she was just simply repeating “No, we don’t do that” over and over in a snappy tone.
