Friendly family run business. Changed batteries on two watches for $10 each. I waited 5 min for one and other watch i had to come back and pick up because it required more time. Would come again.
Excellent service. Came here for my mom’s birthday for a necklace left with 2 and one for myself. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous with their customers. Definitely coming back!
I arrived on a day the Jeweler was leaving early for an appointment. She was already in her car about to leave. She saw me go to the front door and turn around realizing they were closed. Instead of ignoring my presence, she flagged me down and took my broken necklace right there at her passenger side door, put it in her purse, and two days later I picked it up good as new. That is small town awesome service !
I NEVER leave bad reviews, but my experience was HORRIBLE. I paid $35 for them to close a link on a chain. The swapped out the piece for a thinner cheaper one without telling me, which caused my necklace to fall off and lose my pennant. I brought it in and showed the woman at the store. She responded “that is not my problem” and told me it would be an additional $20 to replace the link with one that fit. No accountability. Bring your valuables to a different jeweler.
I got a beautiful gift from my kids on mothers day and the items I got from this store was magnificent! The different choices of jewelry this store offers is endless and I love how beautiful the jewelry is and the detail it is placed into making these. Everything about this store is just so perfect you can't even imagine how much effort and work this store takes to run open to sell gorgeous jewelry like this.
