Took my sister and family out for lunch. We were one of the first 3 tables seated at 12 pm. Service was so slow we didn’t get out until 2pm. Other table were in and out in 1/2 the time. I had to go to the counter to keep asking for our waitress. I have been to Krisch’s for over 50 years. Sad to see manager, owner or even our waitress never came to table to apologize for the horrible service. Even after I complained 3x
RecommendedWant to say thank you to Krisch’s restaurant in Massapequa. My family threw my mom a surprise 75th birthday party there yesterday. I don’t know where to begin. The service, food and atmosphere were perfect. I worked with Sam throughout the whole process and she was amazing. From start to finish she worked hard to make sure my mom had the best birthday.
