Kris helped us with the purchase of a property on the Delta. She is familiar with that area and the unique features of property on the river delta. There were many starts and stops with the owner of the property, and Kris handled things with him and his realtor with great diplomacy. Her years of experience were valuable in being able to handle all of the back and forth discussions. I highly recommend her!

Kris was fabulous! When we chose to sell our home, we had already moved out of the area, so there was an extra number of projects for Kris to untangle. She went over and above in resolving every issue and explaining each step in the process. Every detail was handled beautifully including the timing, staging and marketing, and Kris' warmth and professionalism were amazing!
