Lack of communication! Once example- have been trying to get my FIL’s medical records since May and no one has even bothered to call or email us back. Very disappointed in how they conduct business.
No, not ever will I recommend Kris-Leight Assisted Living Severna Park. I have witnessed a lack of care for the residences and the facility is fill or roaches, they do not clean the rooms daily. When and if they clean, they only take out the garbage. For the residences that are there, please check on your loved ones constantly
Rude upper management. They care more about making money than about the residents. They lost their Medicare accreditation so they don't follow any policies and will use illegal measures to get rid of residents. Do not bring your loved ones here!
