Scheduled this company to come out on 9/6/23 to work on our AC and water heater. There were no problems with the AC but the water heater needed the rod replaced. The tech said it was not available at menards and would have to order it and would be back when it came in. By the first of October no one had been back out so I called and spoke with the receptionist who told me she would have someone call me back.
