On November 10, 2021 I had a second total knee emplacement. After 2 1/2 hours at the hospital I arrived home. The pre-op and post-op experience with Dr. Alden and his support staff was excellent. I have just returned from my six month follow-up exam and I am completely happy with the outcome of the knee replacement surgery since the knee has a good range of motion, great strength and all my knee pain has been eliminated.
I had total hip replacement of my right hip, on 12/17/2018 by Dr. Alden. The results are extremely positive. The recovery was was way easier than I had imagined. Dr. Alden took the time to explain exactly what to expect. His calm demeaner made me feel very comfortable and took all the fear out of the surgery. The process went so well, several years later (10/6/2021) I had my other hip replaced. As of today (12/15/2021) I have 2 brand new hips and I am totally pain free!!
