I took a few weeks of hot yoga and loved it! I soon found out I was pregnant and had to stop. So sad because it was amazing!
Amazing teachers. lots of options for classes throughout the day, and good variety of yoga and its variation that you can pick from. Very happy with this studio!

The facility and teachers are awesome! I was never a fan of Yoga until I tried my first Yoga Sculpt class in Ankeny! Amazing class, also a huge fan of the barre classes, I used to run consistently but I needed to find a workout less stressful on the body and this is it!
