participated in the maidens and menstruation online community offering, and am still so moved by this approach to nurturing and nourishing wellness within and throughout.. Kris is a skilled, practiced, and thoughtful facilitator; encouraging, loving, supportive, and warm mentor; and authentic, trust-inspiring presence in holding loving space for the heart-led. the way of yin is love. but the how is in the details.. would enthusiastically encourage any opportunity to study with her. ☺️.
Kris is an expert healer, extremely insightful, and so attuned to the needs of her clients. Her session provided me with such relief. I cannot recommend her acupuncture and restorative practices enough.

Kristin is the best! She treated me for neck pain and I have gotten great and quick results. She is funny, warm, welcoming, honest, professional you name it she got it. She works with your budget and never forces her opinion on you and lets you get there little by little. Goes out her way to research extra tips, for your particular treatment plan. She checks up you weekly and always follows up with a quick email, even if it's to say hello. I would recommend her to anyone, whether you're in California or out of state.
I have been working with Kris for a year or so. I can say she is the best acupuncturist I have met so far. She takes the time to listen . She makes it fun too.I love her weekly check in, it makes me feel that I am not alone on my healing path. The best thing is, she teaches you how to be proactive when it comes to take care of your health. I would recommend her to anyone. She really is a gem!
