She provides expert advice on making competitive offers and, on the selling side, assisted us in maximizing our sale price and proceeds by giving advice on the home itself and the listing price. She always communicates in a timely manner and takes time to learn your desires in a home. Very quick with scheduling showings and getting documents for signature. Made everything simple. You can't ask for anything more!

Kris was very easy to work with, always available and professional, a person we could trust to help find a new owner for Mom’s home. Always happy to talk about anything with the house at any time, no detail too small and would go out of her way to help. Kris ensured we knew what we needed to know putting us before the sale. We were looking for a 55 plus community and liked Ankeny. We met Kris Gardner at an open house she was hosting. We missed that house, but when another came up in that development we contacted Kris. Until we could get there from Arizona, she made a video walkthrough and gave us great insight until we were able to see it.
