Much disappointed. I’ve been a patient and went for a scheduled appointment, after driving half hour. The had confirmed coverage but then they mistakenly tell me I’m not covered. Not true. Very unprofessional staff. The doctor is fine which is why I went back but staff lacks common sense and responsible response to patient needs.
Business response:
Mr Begg was late for his appointment and the vision plan he had was no longer in effect. Dr Smith would have seen him at no charge while his vision plan was sorted out. Mr. Begg opted to leave. When the office manger called him that evening to apologize for all the confusion and explain his new vision plan, they were told to "stop talking" twice , so he could belittle the office. At that point, management felt it better that Mr Begg go somewhere else. We wish Mr Begg the best wherever he goes.
