When I dropped off my pants, I was shocked at the lack of organization and mess. However, I looked past this, as I had heard positive reviews of this company. I was not given a estimated date of completion, which was also surprising, but figured that I would have them back within the week, as it was a very simple need. We've had our awning for several years now and are very pleased with it. The couple came out to our home and offered good suggestions when we were looking for some type of porch cover to get out of the sun but also enjoy the porch at the same time. The colors match our house well and it has been a god send when the sun hits the porch. It was soooo hot before the awning and now it's a favorite place to relax and visit.
