Fantastic experience, went in to sell two pieces that I no longer wore and I just wanted scrap 14k gold value. What seemed to be the owner helped me immediately and after about 3 minutes of him testing the gold, came back with a very fair offer. Wrote me a check and I was on my way. I will be using this jeweler for all future needs!
