My favorite place to eat in Anchorage. Ate breakfast here many times on our last 2 visits and can’t wait to come back in September. Highly recommend.
Your classic hometown diner with great food with huge portions at a reasonable price. The biscuits with the homemade jams are great. Got the pork chops with eggs, and very tasty. Wife got caribou sausage and eggs, had a great flavor. Mother in law got caribou sausage omelette and she is picky yet enjoyed and ate all of it. I highly recommend a stop for a hearty breakfast/brunch. A great relaxing spot that makes one want to drink coffee, talk with friends and family and enjoy the experience.
Great breakfast sandwich and pancakes! Both are large portions, if your hungry this is the place to go!
We love to support local businesses and this one was a joy! While traveling through Anchorage we dined here this morning and I loved everything about it! I loved their story. I loved the food and our server, Heather, was a joy! Servings are ample and delicious. I ordered the reindeer sausage skillet. It was my first time having reindeer but I’m sure I’ll have it again before leaving Alaska. The pies looked Heavenly and I’m sure they are! But all I got was a quick look into the case and a photo!
Absolutely excellent. From the smiling staff to the awesome and fun newspaper menu with fun facts and sayings. Heather, our server was super kind and welcoming. The portions were huge!! Do not miss this treasure in Alaska! They also have gluten free bread and buns!
