Exceptional Quality- Rugs that you won't find anywhere else. Phenomenal store especially because Renee and Daniel go out of their way to reveal the tremendous variety to help you find that one rug that will make your place spectacular!
The staff is exceptionally helpful. They turned over rug after rug for us and did it willingly. There was no hard press to purchase. As we were leaving my wife noticed some pillows she thought would work in our house. They just gave them to us to take home and enjoy to decide if we liked them. Some things happened and it's now been a few weeks with no hassle from them. We're buying two of them and sending three back. This is more than I would expect.
LIFE BEFORE KRIMSA: go to rug store, select a rug, buy it on "loan", bring it home, move your furniture, put the new "loaner rug down", roll it up, bring it back to the store and repeat. LIFE AFTER KRIMSA: Go to Krimsa, show them what you like; (if they are able) they will deliver several rugs to your home, advise you on how the different rugs interact with your decor, etc. This was so valuable for us.
