I never ever leave a bad review but im pretty upset. A week ago we had to reschedule because she wasnt feeling well. Completely understandable not upset. So we reschedule for today. Im 10 mins early and message that ive arrived but the door is locked. Tried the number on the window, out of service? I waiting and nothing. Its now an hour and a half past my app and still, no response. This was my 1st time so ill be going elsewhere.
Best haircut I've had in probably a decade and my new go-to place while I'm in Juneau.
Unfortunately we forgot to take photos but my hair turned out amazing! She took the time to go above and beyond and to ensure my hair wasnt damaged any more than it already is. Super friendly and incredibly helpful in terms of hair health and gave great recommendations. I will be returning! Thank you!
