I was waiting outside the store today, and even called them but they didnot answer. The website says they are open on Saturday from 8 30 to 4. I was there at 9 30am. Please update your timings or atleast pick calls to answer.

I am posting this review on behalf of my friend who had a terrible experience at your salon on December 7th. She was not able to post it after many attempts. "I had an absolutely terrible experience at this salon on December 7th. I arrived on time for my appointment, but the stylist assumed I was late and disappeared. I had to show them the email confirmation to prove I was on time.
