My Krikorian Movie Experience I just want to say how much I love going to the Krikorian Theatre in Monrovia, California. I'm always impressed with how clean it always is, how professional and polite the young people who work there are and that seniors are hired to work in the ticket windows. My favorite movie theater Unlike most theaters that are monopolized by high school students on an opening night, this one is relatively calm. The seating and sound quality, in my opinion, are just as good as any other theater under $10. Even opening nights for blockbusters are doable.
Sit Back and Enjoy the Show! I love a good movie. I especially like a good movie in a good theater. The krikorian in Monrovia is such a place. They have about ten theaters (including an IMAX like LFX theater) with stadium seating and wicked surround sound. Parking is more than adequate as are the prices for tickets. Concession prices are ridiculously high but that goes for most theaters. Great Theater This theater features a Summer Kid movie program. Every Tuesday at 10am and 12:30pm they show a kid movie for $1 per person. The Kids Popcorn Pack is $4.75.
Best movie theater in the San Gabriel Valley! My wife and I see a lot of movies, and Krikorian Monrovia is by far the best place to go in the Pasadena-Arcadia-Monrovia area. Krikorian is located in quaint Old Town Monrovia, which is a lower key, more family friendly version of Old Town Pasadena. Krikorian This is a relatively new theater, so it's very clean. The seats have really soft fabric, but the cushioning isn't that comfortable. The theaters' all have plenty of leg room and stadium seating, and a nice large screen to accompany it. If you're interested in a matinee, it's only the first showing of the movie. Prices are outrageous, but so are most now a days.
Almost perfect. My wife and I really enjoy this theater. Sometimes we'll drive all the way out from Glendale so we can wander around Old Town Monrovia for a while and then check out a movie. It's historic on the outside, it's clean and shiny on the inside, and there are lots of movies playing.
My Krikorian, yes this is MY theatre and inviting everyone to come by, relax and enjoy the movie of your choice in any of the 12 screening rooms.
I am not actually from California but I was introduced to some of the top spots by my Aunt when I went to visit. I am a huge movie fan and enjoy going to the movies. From the outside I did not think it was going to be a spacious and luxurious movie theater. I was pleasantly suprised! I saw several movies there. I like the location cute little downtown Monrovia.
