The only good thing I can really say about this dr is that she’s nice. In my experience, all orthodontists are super nice. I feel compelled to leave a review now that I’ve been through the entire experience with another orthodontist and I’ve noted a difference. Her patient, my daughter already had braces on but then we moved. The previous orthodontist gave us a good idea what to expect by leaving some space so that she could get bonding to enlarge her teeth. Very nice and great place for your children. Staff are very friendly, good and helpful all the time.
Buyer beware. Yes they have good customer service while you're in the chair but they are NOT all the wonderful reviews. During my process I asked the ill fated question "Is my jaw supposed to pop like that?" they had my braces off "finishing" treatment within a few appointments. When they ground off the cement, I told them I was in pain once they began grinding away the mamelons (a natural enamel structure) on my teeth, unnecessary removal.
