Excellent service! Received two calls following my enquiry with details of when the engineer would arrive. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and advised what needed to happen. Within a few minutes of his departure I received a call from Head Office with a price for a new motor ( together with a discount! ). Whole process was extremely efficient.
