I recently had a 3" Rough Country lift kit installed on my 2015 F150 and couldn't be happier with the experience. I drove down from the Philly area on a Saturday, took a loaner vehicle home, and got the call on Monday afternoon that my truck was done. Great communication and positive experience with Pete and Kevin.
Rocky went out of his way to help me with an issue that wasn't even their problem and he was incredibly helpful, patient, detail oriented, and prompt. Very easy to work with and I am for sure watching their inventory going forward for my next truck purchase, going to recommend to freinds and family as well. Thanks Rocky!

So I was surfing. Called and was amazed by the customer service. Prices were right so what was wrong?? NOTHING.... sales people directed me effortlessly and I ended up with Lindsay who was humble and kind (Thanks Tim McGraw) Had a problem, she responded and fixed it...simple right? Not in todays world of entitlement. Thank you Lindsay and I highly recommend Kreitz for your auto needs....I know I will save it in my favorites!
Wouldn't recommend shopping here. They have tires listed on their website that are discontinued/not available. Was emailed by them telling me the tires I spent $500 on were not available. I requested that for their negligence to match pricing for the replacement/upgraded comp tire. In which I was told it would be more money. Just not a good way to conduct business. Wasted about a week because of this
