Just had my 2023 Chevrolet Silverado High Country lifted at Kreitz Customs. 6” RC list with 22x12.5 Fuel Mavs wrapped with 35” Recon Grapplers. The truck rides like a dream and Nick my Sales rep walked me through the build and saved me quite a few dollars. Thank you Nick for all your help through the process. On March 17th I Order rims and tires online. The rims I ordered said they were in stock. I received a call a day later advising the rims were on back order. I changed by rims to another rim I really did not want. It took almost three weeks to get my rims and tires mounted and shipped. On 04/04 my order was shipped They did not call and keep me updated. What a great experience, I worked with Pete throught the process. I wanted to lift my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 , Pete was very knowledgeable about the lifts , rims and tires . With his guidance we were able to get the lift , rims and tires I wanted. I drove my truck from Cincinnati Ohio to Fredrick, dropped it off on Monday. I was provided a loaner and drove back to Cincinnati. Returned on Saturday to pick up my truck. Bought new 35” tires with 22”x12” rims and had them install. Paid retail price. TPMS sensors don’t work. Inflated as much as 52psi instead of 40psi. Bought same tires they install on all built trucks they sell and inflate to 40psi. Tire and Rims’s full of soap lubricant. My tires came with a yellow/red dot for balancing and Krietz didn’t know to rotate the tire so yellow dot is in line with valve stem.
