I recently had batteries installed at Kriete Trucks in Racine and was very disappointed. I bought the batteries myself from their parts department and asked what the install would cost. I was told “don’t worry, it won’t be much,” but I was never given a price. It took about an hour, and I was shocked when the bill was over $400 just for the installation. Although they have 11 stores in the state of WI, anything bought in one of these stores cannot be exchanged at another store, you have to return to the same store where you bought the item, so it is not a chain store, but each store on its own...
