Short experience here, lucky i am i did not have to do any major job here. Called if could come and have my idle shutdown removed. Got a quote and came on time. Parked where i was told and waited in truck. The mechanic (maybe Brad was his name, with beard and glasses) came to the truck. Greeted him with a “hello how are you” and was totally ignored, repeated it again, again ignored. That person was mad for some reason. That is highly unprofessional behavior.
