Former weekend shift employee. Per owner decision, HR was informed to discontinue paying OT pay (Which is against the Michigan State Law and FLSA) because the owner did not want to pay OT and only was ok with weekend pay which was less than time and a half. Management/Owner made no attempt at informing the weekend employees of this change. After confronting HR, the general manager, and the owner about not recieving OT after 40 hours worked and still being denied..
