Update! Went in today because of a loss of charging from solar. Called, he said to bring it in, got there, and within 20 minutes he had it diagnosed and fixed. Loose connection from vibration. He isolated the problem, fixed the problem, and made it so it won't happen again! Cost? $0. He said, "It happens". Still loving the solar and the workmanship! Everything he builds is fully custom, so no matter what you’re looking for, he’ll find a way to make it happen. You can tell he takes real pride in his work—and he stands behind it with a solid warranty. Couldn’t recommend him more!
We’ve had battery systems installed in four of our other food trucks, and working with Brett was by far the best experience we’ve had. He installed a new battery system on our latest truck, and everything—from the initial communication to the final install—was smooth, professional, and easy. Top-drawer work, service and comms. 5 stars is not enough...Brett is a great guy, beyond easy to work with, and will take the time to make sure that you have what you want/need (and that you actually understand what you want and/or need) Honest, reliable, beyond friendly and extremely capable. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I was referred to Brett by someone on Facebook vanlife group and it was a great decision! I’m still pretty new to being on the road full time and figuring things out on the go. Brett was able to help modify my van to what I wanted to. He removed a big metal wall behind the driver seat, which was a pain in the butt, there were bunch of wires that needed to be unplugged then plugged back up and he helped me cut the bench inside and readjust it to a perfect size.
