From my first call with Mario to Michael Malone arriving within an hour, Michael M. was absolutely wonderful!! Michael took his time, demonstrated his skills in making a very detailed, thorough approach, to diagnosing my hot water issues. I will have Michael M. back in the future. The installation was great! Our 2 Technicians today, Brandon and Guillermo, were on time and did a great job on installing a new can light and an additional outlet in our Master Bathroom. They also caulked our newly installed windows in the front of the house as well as the kitchen after determining they needed to be done before Monsoon Season starts.
