I was going to sue them but decided to bring it here instead since I don't have much time anyway and don't really need the money but they took off the timing chain cover, put the wrong sealant and then acted like they sold us an immaculate car, $1900 later at my independent shop since when we brought it back to them at 600 miles and two quarts of oil they acted like they had no idea what was wrong and told me to come back if it didn't again, low and behold they tried to cake the leak with sealant, the wrong sealant of course... read more

We purchased a 2014 328d from krg and the experience was great, he was very easy going and great to work with, after we purchased the starter failed but they took it in immediately and got the car fixed for us right away, we highly recommend krg for any sort of auto sales

I enjoyed working with Dan, he was very helpful with the whole process. I was informed that I would be mailed out a check, as the guy who writes the checks was out of office. It has now been over a month and I still have not received it. I have called and been told many times it has been sent out…. If it had been sent I would have received it by now. If I had known this would be an issue I would have brought my business elsewhere.
