Honestly the area is okay. It’s the people working in this establishment that’s a problem. On yesterday afternoon me and my family was boldly mistreated. We showed up to our appointment 20mins early with an empty lobby. No workers were busy and a few were just getting off their lunch break. As 12:04 came around 3 different groups of families came in and all of a sudden the staff was active, ready to only take them! Mind you 2 families didn’t sign any paperwork. Terrible experience. We arrive 20 minutes early to fill any paper works. Our appointment was for 12 whenever everyone got back to lunch. Three other family walked in after and was taken cared of right away , whereas my family were still sitting there waiting. When I went up to the front to ask they looked confused and that’s when the young lady stated she didn’t know she had a client. They were unprofessional.
