I've been going to kretzlers for years. Expecially during lent for their fish sandwich. Well needless to say the 3 times we've been there since ash Wednesday. You lost yourself a couple customers. The fish not only was burnt, but barely was enough to cover the bun. I remember when the fish was piled so high you barely could fit it in your mouth. My husband is still hungry. Definitely not worth my $12. Very disappointed, and not considering coming back. We're going down the street to Monte Cellos.
The soup came out lukewarm and the main dish was cold. When our food came out the second time it was not much better.I have eaten there on there busiest nights (over the past 20 years) and had excellent food. After tonights experience I will not be returning. - Very disappointed customer.
The food is great, never had a bad thing there. I moved to the South Hills and I miss it!!
Excellent service and great food. Will be back!!!
