We use Zak regularly as a mediator, and he does a fantastic and highly efficient job. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I would not recommend using Zac as a mediator. He starts out saying he is unbiased but I had the complete opposite experience with him. He took sides and was completely unhelpful. If you want to waste money and time then this is the mediator for you.
I would not recommend Zach. I provided documentation to him that he simply ignored. I received minimal child support for the last 5 years. Not only did that affect me...it affected my children. If I had to do it all over again, I would hire someone that would fight for the best interest for me and my kids. Unfortunately, that was not Zach.
I've been with Zak 10 years. He's been an excellent counselor and friend. He's been invaluable to me and successful throughout a very difficult case. I wouldn't choose anyone else.
