Would not recommend kress rentals unless you are atleast middle aged and have a substantial income. I met with Victor K**** twice and his wife once, i was looking into a 1 bedroom apartment. I was turned down due to my age, which is 26, also i was told I dont have a high enough income to afford it which wasn't the case. I could have easily afforded the apartment on my $14 an hour, 6 days per week income. Also Victors' wife was very rude.
