I just tried calling to schedule an exam for myself and my son, and this is about as far as I got. The woman I spoke to over the phone couldn't understand who my employer provided insurance was. One of the most popular insurance providers... VSP. She got frustrated at me and hung up. Glad I know now that this would've been a waste of my time.

I scheduled a appointment for a exam for a surgical procedure. Upon making the appointment this was explained to the scheduling staff so that I could be directed to the proper doctor. The appointment was made and went to the appointment on the scheduled day and time. Was called back to the room and was asked "What are you here for?" by the assistant.
