1 star just because my first visit sucks. Still sitting in the waiting room after an hour d a half wondering what they're doing in the back... extended breakfast? I should have went elsewhere.
Customer service was horrible! I called to make an appointment and I was told I could not schedule without my insurance information. I was just getting of work and didn’t have it in hand. The receptionist said she could not schedule me and was rude! I called to complain and the next person I spoke with over talked me and was unprofessional as well.
Made an appointment. Showed up on time. Person at desk never even looked up at me. I waited, she finally asked my name. She continued to look at computer. Talked to woman at desk next to her. She told that lady, who made the appt., date that I called in, and that an appt. was made but not really sent to the Troy location. She got up and walked away. Returned to tell me he wasn't in. This is the first time she even looked at me! She never said sorry or offered any excuse or any solution. I left. I will never go back.
