Kreschia has terrible professionalism. My partner made an offer on a property and was cussed out. When brought to her attention about the lack of professionalism, she claimed she isn’t interested in real estate and that taxes are her primary source of income. Could’ve just said that our offer wasn’t possible and we would’ve moved on with our day. EDIT: after writing my review, this was her reaction.
Kreschia gave us the confidence we needed to starting the path of building our real estate portfolio. Every question my husband and I had she got back to us fast with answers. Mrs Williams is very dedicated, diligent, and caring, we couldn't ask for a better realtor and experience from her and her team in buy our first home.
