My last inspection was done at Kremko. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and they let me know in advance how long it would take. Other places I’ve used in the past would neglect to inform me and I would end up waiting hours. Would use them again for inspection and other service related issues!
I honestly have to say I can’t believe I’m doing this but it has to be done. I went here for an injector problem. They replaced one injector for me for cylinder number 3, and charged me $227 for the part itself, just one injector. Then after everything was done. I paid $920 for the one injector to be replaced. Then the engine light came back on and I scanned with my own tool. The code came back for that same injector. Went here and was told they have to do another diagnostic and charge me again for that. Kremko Car Care. I want to sing praises to Ray and his cadre of workers, running a family owned business is astonishing in-itself. However doing it as a small business that KEEPS an eye on the individual customer’s wants, needs, providing information about how to get the appropriate item for the vehicle and a fair price for services is almost unheard of these days. Not even worth a star . Cluster man scammed. DONT go for state inspection there . 2 years ago he charged me for $800 for him to change the cluster and this year he said cluster out he wants me to buy another one , scamscam?
Had a stripped lug nut and couldn't get my tire off. Said his computer said would need a hub at $130. I knew this wasn't true because I had changed a stud before on my car. Quoted $130 to get my tire off and install 3 new studs. I was in a bind so I agreed. The bill ended up at $240 and he said the had to charge and additional $64 because the tire was hard to get off! Steer clear of this place. They will scam you.
