Horrible Customer Service from tall guy. Worst ever. Also, paid them for diagnostic and still had to go elsewhere and repeat diagnostic and pay again. Second diagnostic completely different from Kremco's Wrong Diagnostic. Kremco was a complete waste of time and money. Got my vehicle fixed with proper diagnostic elsewhere and with much better Customer Service.
Best Place for your Automotive needs. Been going to a big chain automotive shop for years and now switched for 2 reasons. Best Price hands down and Extraordinary Customer Service. Will fix whats broken and not gauge you for anything not necessary
Stay away from the 4703 S. Congress location. Don't even go for fixing a tire. I took my car in to have the tires spin balanced and rotated. They did half the job. The tires were mounted wrong and not rotated. They sheared off the lug when attempting to fix a flat. They pressured the tire up to 50 psi to find the leak and mounted it without relieving the pressure. Dumber than dirt.
