By far the most unprofessional service I've ever experienced. Don't waste your time!!!! Something isn't quite right here I booked an appt online incurring a $20 deposit. The appointment was confirmed and she even didn't show up. I called and she then told me I was wrong for booking my appointment on the same day...if that's prohibited she should highlight that on her website. That's not even the worst part. El’s skills with lashes are unparalleled! I moved out of the Silver Spring area in 2023 and tried other lash companies and “professionals” in and around Baltimore and was always disappointed by the look and longevity of their work. Now, I simply trust what I know and commute the 45 minutes to El. She is the best! Try her once and you too will be hooked.
El’s a kind soul, who’s amazing at what she does. El ensures to work with you to understand your vision but also instinctively knows how to create a lash that is perfect for your face. My lashes always come out exactly how I envisioned. I would refer her 100 times over because my lashes always look beautiful!
